Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging in any services provided by Zubair Lone Web Designer . By availing My Services, You acknowledge and Agree to these Terms:

Payment: All outstanding dues must be cleared before the website is launched. We offer two payment phases: an advance payment before the project begins and the final payment before the website’s launch.

Hosting Details: If the website is hosted on our server, only the website login details will be provided. Hosting details are confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

Hosting Renewal: Renewal charges for hosting and domain must be paid 7-10 days prior to their expiry date each year to prevent any disruption in the website’s services.

Website Launch and Business Email: After the website launch, we will set up your business email through a phone call conversation on WhatsApp.

Additional Pages: An additional fee of 1000 Rupees will be charged for each extra page added to the website.

Login Details: Website login details will be provided 7-14 days after the website launch.

Revisions: Two revisions are included in the project scope. Subsequent revisions will incur a fee of 2500 Rupees each.

Maintenance: Maintenance covers minor fixes and theme/plugin updates for 1 year after the website launch. and The Maintenance Charges Will be 1500 Rupees/Year.

Payment Terms: Payment is divided into two phases: an advance payment before the project starts and the final payment before the website’s launch.

These terms are intended to ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship between Zubair Lone Web Designer and the Client.
