Cancellation Before Project Begins

If a client pays an advance payment for a project and decides to cancel within 2 days of making the payment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be applied. This fee accounts for the time and administrative efforts invested in the initial stages.

Project Commencement Cancellation

Once work has begun on a project, and the client decides to cancel, the full payment for the project will be retained. This policy is in place because significant resources, time, and effort are committed to starting the project promptly.

I believe in fairness and mutual respect in all my dealings. My cancellation policy is designed to reflect the value of my work while acknowledging the client’s needs. I encourage open communication if you find yourself in a situation requiring cancellation.
